People may have witnessed that I kind of lost my temper a little during the debate on religion on Monday. I just want to apologise to anyone I may have offended. That really is a prickly subject with me.

unfortunately religion does tend to cause that sort of thing. everybody thinks they're right and everybody else is wrong. and that is what gets peoples goats up. well does me at any rate. i missed it luckily or i might have joined you.
Not another dam apology! I agree with Bob, maybe there should be a board category so all you sorry people can apologize to your heart's content.a
I always welcome a good religious discussion. But it's when people chew each other up that turns me off. When it comes to this point, it's obvious that none of the persons involved is practicing his/her religion. And it's at this point where I stop listening. You religious people have many good things to say, but you need to learn how to say them. Discuss with me how your spiritual experiences have helped you in your life, discuss with me how your religious beliefs influence your view of the world, then I'll listen with an open mind. But as long as you keep competing for souls and taking your eyes off the non-essentials as I know many religious organizations tend to do, your supposed religious discussion will be divisive.
I agree with the waling board idea. Then it'd stop all these boards of people saying "sorry" from popping up. If we had a board like that set up, then everyone that felt the need to say "sorry" could go there and say it until they can't say it anymore. Mya, you had every right to get mad in that convo, cause you have a right to your opinion, and don't let anyone tell you that your not.
